How to revert back to the old WhatsApp Web? The new multi-device beta feature is time consuming and takes a long time to "organize" or "download" all messages. I want to use WhatsApp Web like before, i.e. mirroring my phone WhatsApp to the computer.

Now disconnecting and reconnecting on Whatsapp web loads up a screen saying I can use it while the phone is disconnected, on four devices at the same time. That's well and fine but it broke link previews on my messages, so I need the old experience back.

I did it by logging out of whatsapp web > uninstalling whatsapp in my phone > installing the 2.22.3.77 version, when I opened WhatsApp Web it was the old one. if you gonna do this be careful with your chat history photos and videos, use Drive or a security copy somewhere. 1. Reply.
