Nov 8, 2023 · You can submit your refund request by clicking on the “ Chat with Bo ” icon or the chat bubble located at the bottom right of the Customer Support page. If you are using the AirAsia MOVE, simply launch the app, click on the chat bubble, and then click on “Ask Bo”.
