Go to C:\Windows.Old and search for missing files. Also navigate to C:\Users\User Profile and see if you're able to find the missing profile with files there. In both cases you can use search bar on top to locate the missing files. Example: If the User Profile name is computer when you were in previous OS, then the path will be C:\Users\computer.
