Replace the rivastigmine patch with a new patch every 24 hours. Only wear one patch at a time. Remove the previous day’s patch before applying a new one.
How To Use Exelon Patch 10 (9.5mg/24h) Transdermal Patch 30s. Make note of the day, date and time you apply the patch to remind you when you need to replace it. Remove the protective liner of the patch without touching its sticky sides. Apply patch onto clean, dry, flat, undamaged and hairless skin.
