MARSAH is a private university college that offers programs and courses from Al-Azhar University's Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies. It was established in 1997 to complement the Islamic education system in Johor state, Malaysia.

Apr 26, 2022 · JOHOR BAHRU, 26 April 2022 – Kolej Pengajian Islam Johor (MARSAH) dinaik taraf sebagai Kolej Universiti Islam Johor Sultan Ibrahim (KUIJSI). Terdahulu, DYMM Sultan Johor Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar berkenan menerima mengadap Menteri Pengajian Tinggi, YB Datuk Seri Dr. Noraini Ahmad pada 25 April 2022.
Dec 13, 2023 · The Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, was proclaimed as the chancellor of Kolej Universiti Islam Johor Sultan Ibrahim (Kuijsi) at its 21st Convocation, here, today. Kuijsi is the new name of Marsah, a college of Islamic education in Johor, which was founded in 1902 by the Johor Sultanate.
JIEL is a biannual e-journal published by School of Muamalat and Management, Kolej Pengajian Islam Johor (MARSAH). It covers various topics in Islamic economics and law, such as Islamic banking, halal industry, consumerism, and digital economy.
