Ungku Zeti Akhtar binti Ungku Abdul Aziz (born 27 August 1947) was the 7th Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia, Malaysia's central bank. She served as Governor from 2000 to 2016, and was the first woman in the position and at 16 years, the longest to hold the position.
Yang Mulia Ungku Tan Sri Dr. Zeti Akhtar binti Ungku Abdul Aziz (lahir 27 Ogos 1947) merupakan anak kepada Profesor Diraja Ungku Abdul Aziz Ungku Abdul Hamid dan Sharifah Azah Aziz, ialah wanita yang pertama dilantik sebagai Gabenor Bank Negara Malaysia.
Zeti Aziz served as Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia from May 2000 to April 2016. She had an important role in managing the resolution of the financial system in 1998 during the Asian financial crisis and the consequent strong recovery of the Malaysian economy.
