Jun 10, 2024 · What is Captain Ball? Captain Ball is a modified version of traditional volleyball that places a special emphasis on the role of a designated captain. Unlike standard volleyball, where each player contributes equally to all aspects of play, Captain Ball assigns specific strategic and scoring responsibilities to the captain.
Have two teams lined up with the captain of each team standing one metre away from the first person on the team. To start the game, the captain throws the ball to the first player in the line who then throws the ball back and sits down.
