Dead End City is an action thriller that flatters to deceive because it starts so superbly that it hints at something utterly lunatic to follow. Robert Z'dar and his gang, just driving round the city indiscriminately murdering passers-by, breaking into houses and murdering couples, and just being rather unpleasant chaps.
