I just happened across the r/SlaveLabour sub, described as "a place to get jobs done well below market rate." While some stuff on there are things like "find me a cheap flight for $5", "tell me where I can buy this lamp and I'll pay you $2", there are also writing jobs on there offering $4/1000 words, and often lower.
