Oct 30, 2019 · When I first visited Makam Mahsuri (Mahsuri’s Tomb) and heard the legend of Langkawi’s famous Mahsuri, I had of course taken that story with a big grain of salt. The colorful tale of a beautiful maiden falsely accused of adultery is sentenced to death.
Further ahead on the other side is Legenda Mahsuri - this is the Museum of Legends where large dioramas have been created by artists to depict the story of Mahsuri. This museum also houses many different Malay household and farming items of the era.
