Apr 2, 2019 · Wendy’s Malaysia is operated by Berjaya Group subsidiary, Berjaya Burger Sdn Bhd. A twitter post by Twt Bajet said Berjaya group had decided not to renew its franchise license. Wendy’s Facebook page has also not been updated since January and its Instagram and Twitter pages have been shut down.
Mar 27, 2019 · Almost all of the Wendy’s outlets in Klang Valley area have somehow closed down permanently. Apparently since last year, the fast food restaurant has started to close down its stores in Malaysia one by one, and many people have expressed their dismay over the sudden closure.

The Wendy’s Malaysia Instagram account has also been shut down, and the firm’s last Facebook post was in early January this year.
Mar 27, 2019 · Completely agree. Wendy's was my favorite fast food restaurant in the US. Their chicken nuggets and chocolate milkshakes were irresistably heavenly. McDs nuggets have nothing on em. But don't know why Malaysian Wendy's just doesn't have that same quality.
