Also, since PayPal is country-specific, make sure you choose the country accordingly and then try to sign up. If they face issues on their phone, try using a computer and an updated browser; it most likely will help. Also, don't use any VPN, and make sure to keep the location settings turned on.
Apr 15, 2017 · Here's what happens: I click Sign Up. Select Business Account. Select standard. Enter email address. Upon clicking Next, I get a log in screen with my email address and password. I try entering the same email I entered in step 4 along with a new password and it says that some of the info is wrong, or words to that effect.

If you try and use a paypal account for another country then you won't be able to verify it and if you do manage to receive funds the account will soon be limited and you may well lose said funds. As I understand, PayPal requires every business owner opening a PayPal business account to be located in the same country where the business is registered. So, if you are a, let's say, French citizen living in France, with an LLC registered in Delaware, USA, with a Delaware principal office address, you cannot open a PayPal business account.

Aug-02-2021 12:13 PM. when you are on that page asking for the mobile number, click the contact us link at the bottom. select whatever is like "password, account access" and then having troubles logging in. somewhere along the line, you'll get a recommendation to call them. Do that.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
