Fulton County is a county in the north-central portion of the U.S. state of Georgia. Its county seat and most populous city is Atlanta, [3] the state capital.
Fulton County is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners who are elected to four-year terms. Six of the members are district commissioners, and the Chairman is At-Large, representing all of Fulton County. The Board of Commissioners meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. Meetings are live streamed on FGTV.
