Go to the Great ID sign in screen on eConnect or Great Eastern Rewards Malaysia mobile app and register for a Great ID account. Enter the following information:
e-Connect is our secure, self-service portal: you can use it to access protection coverage, perform key services, make premium payments online, customise your insurance plans, check your claim status, update personal particulars and change your password.
1. Open the Great Eastern app. Tap Singpass. 2. You will be directed to Singpass and be presented with a QR code. Tap the QR code to begin the authentication process. 3. Tap Approve to log into the Great Eastern app. 4. If required, use Face ID or another biometric to authenticate your identity.
