Jan 6, 2023 · Based off our our first experience, if we were traveling in Indonesia we would definitely fly with Batik Air again! Really, the only airline that we would also look into is Indonesia’s flagship carrier Garuda Air. According to their website, Batik Air connects 44 destinations (mostly in Indonesia) and operates over 300 flights daily.
Feb 14, 2024 · Batik Air Malaysia’s Onboard Tech Graveyard. To Batik Air Malaysia’s credit, once I did get onboard, the cabin product was quite nice. I was on a non-MAX 737, which featured 12 recliner business class seats – recline really wasn’t great, but it was nice to see a “real” regional business class product after flying so many segments intra-Europe.

I had booked my flight before looking at all the reviews, and honestly after reading them I was very anxious and really considering changing flights, therefore had very low expectations. However, Batik airline really surprised me. From start to finish, the service was prompt and professional.

I can't understand all the bad reviews for the Lion Air flights, we fly from Bali to Flores and back with Batik Air, Wings Air and Asia Air and all three was very good. All flights was in time and the service was good too. Easy to check in online and even to chat with.
