Though the characters are all-around not the deepest, the writing at least makes them worth rooting for, especially Hiro and Baymax. It also may be the 40,000th movie about a boy and his giant robot friend, but the tie between their relationship and Hiro’s relationship with his brother gave it good amount of weight that kept me watching.
