5 days ago · Attached photo shows annoying banner that Microsoft keeps popping up in my Settings Home Page. I can close it but it comes back regularly. As long as there isn't a necessity to log into Windows using my Microsoft Account I want to keep using my Local Account. However, I don't see an option to get Microsoft to stop asking me.
