4 days ago · They aren't getting rid of the whole program, just the receipt scan function. Those news articles are from 2010. They discontinued the Bing Cashback program July 30th, 2010 and reintroduced it as Microsoft Cashback. They are only discontinuing the receipt scan feature next month.
