Rebel Foods was founded in 2011 by Jaydeep Barman and Kallol Banerjee as a physical restaurant chain with an online ordering facility. It launched its first cloud kitchen in 2015, and became a cloud kitchen-only business in 2016.
Kallol Banerjee is Co-Founder Faasos. After his MBA from IIM Lukhnow, He joined Jaydeep in Pune at Brainvisa Technologies and also followed the same path to a management programme at INSEAD, France. Before joining Jaydeep to start Faasos, Kallol worked with Bosch in Singapore.
