Saidatina Fatimah az-Zahrah (RA) (disebut Fatimah az-Zahra) ialah puteri bongsu yang mulia Rasulullah SAW, Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Abdul Muthalib bin Hasyim. Siti Fatimah al-Zahra dilahirkan pada hari Jumaat 20 Jamadil Akhir iaitu tahun kelima sebelum Nabi SAW menjadi Rasul.
