Brian Collins Westbrook (born September 2, 1979) is an American former football running back who played for nine seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 2002 NFL draft after playing college football for the Villanova Wildcats .

Nov 4, 2023 · A two-time Offensive Player of the Year in college, Westbrook was a third-round pick in 2002 by the Philadelphia Eagles. By his third year, Westbrook averaged nearly five yards per carry and 10 yards per reception, and in 2007, he led the NFL in scrimmage yards.
