hello, in myVOO application under my products it is displayed that at my address the speed available is 1000/50 Mbps, however the speed I get is 500/20 Mbps. is the information wrong on myVOO or ...
My voo subscription billing cycle is from 01-Nov to 30-Nov. I have been charged and the advance monthly charge is paid. I want to terminate service next week. Will voo refund the money for 2 weeks on a pro rata basis. How this process works? Kindly guide. Many Thanks. S.Ahuja
Hello I have voo netgear modem configured in bridge mode so only using it as a modem. i wan to connect to the modem with ip address 192.168.100.1 but it does not work? is it the ip address needed? do i need to configure or add a routing to the pc to be able to access the modem. thank you.
if you really need an esim, either you wait, wait ,wait, or you go to orange ( who just bought Voo) who provides esim. If you have an internet and tv @ Voo you can keep them and take a mobile subscription with an esim and give your Voo account for a « multi Products » rate.
So possible to install second router? If yes, which type and how should ask it from VOO. if no, is there otehr solution? / to put the exisiting VOO modem in the middle of the flat don't quarantie the good wifi cover, and also need to route a lot of ethernet cables through the newly build appartment. / Many thanks. Jun 15, 2024 · VOO propose des CPL mais ne garantit pas leur efficacité, c'est trop dépendant de votre immeuble. On peut vous conseiller de mettre votre modem en bridge et d'acheter un routeur performant du marché ainsi que d'installer un réseau maillé (mesh) mais ce sera toujours sans garantie.

Jan 25, 2024 · Nous sommes chez Orange mais le câblage VOO. Il y a eu des travaux dans le rue vendredi passé . Samedi et dimanche matin il y a eu pas mal de coupures et là depuis dimanche après midi plus de signal sur le coaxial.. Impossible de joindre VOO sans être client... Et Orange ne sait rien faire.. Comment joindre VOO sans être client?
