Feb 9, 2022 · A highly invested Raiden should have 60cr 160cd 275 Er and at least 2000k attack. Casual Raiden should only need about 50cr 130cd 250 Er and not less than 1500 attack. Cr 5 Crit damage 50 Attack under 100 Er 100 percent. This is the bare minimum for Raiden.
Jan 21, 2022 · 200 is optimal for damage but doesn't really give you wiggle room, going to 220 should be good though. Even with EL 250 is the cap for damage optimization. Anyone saying to go over 250 is wrong. You can build more for support proposes but the tiny bit of extra energy isn't worth her personal damage loss. 12.

The first is to deal a certain amount of damage to her (bring her down to 75% health). Alternatively, have all of your characters die except for one survivor. Either method will activate the Decree.

Oct 26, 2022 · Aggravate+hyperbloom Shogun build. You don't have enough EM if you want your Raiden to trigger the hyperblooms, and you have too much EM if you want to do aggravates. Hyperbloom Raiden wants to stack as much EM as possible with triple EM and Gilded, never using her burst, so that she can trigger 30k+ hyperblooms entirely off-field.
