Nov 2, 2006 · IMHO the TRX City site located near the Bukit Bintang (Starhill) or Kenny Hill Formation. So that area that may lead to higher land level than near Zouk area Jalan Tun Razak, where the real street level should be taken.So far we can see,in early stage when mat formation stage of TE 106, the "Hill" is already being flattened.

Jun 2, 2017 · KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Corporation Bhd has bagged a RM530 million contract to develop residential component at international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) here. IJM said its wholly-owned IJM Construction Sdn Bhd had received the letter of acceptance from LQ Residential 1 Sdn Bhd for the superstructure works of two blocks of serviced apartments known as TRX Residences.
