Kuan Chee Heng ( Cina: 关志庭, lahir 16 Februari 1963) atau lebih dikenali sebagai Uncle Kentang merupakan seorang aktivis serta sukarelawan kemanusiaan Malaysia. Beliau terkenal kerana bergiat aktif dalam pelbagai misi bantuan kepada orang yang memerlukan di seluruh Malaysia.
