Nov 5, 2022 · Hi Hania, I appreciate your response, but unfortunately, the problem is not solved after reinstalling WhatsApp. Moreover, the "Keep Me Signed in" box is not visible on the page where the barcode is scanned. Each time I launch the App after exiting, it still requires a login by scanning the barcode.

Jan 4, 2023 · Since a recent update (I presume), I haven't been able to launch or uninstall WhatsApp from my desktop. However, it will launch from a notification. I can see it in Settings/Apps and I tried a Reset. I got a tick but still can't launch. Subsequent resets have failed with a 'please try later message'.

Whenever I attach an Office Doc (Word, PowerPoint or Excel) to Whatsapp Web, the file is automatically converted into a Zip file. People I send messages to are unable to open the file (esp on their phones).

Navigate to "Internal Storage" or the name of your device. Look for a folder named "WhatsApp". Inside this folder, there should be another folder named "Media".
Feb 2, 2021 · Either way it is too easy to close (X) WhatsApp. WhatsApp Web also has a setting to "Stay Logged In" but again tried with this & once closed will not pop up. Uninstalled all WhatsApp Apps from windows & re-installed. I want it on a PC in a office used by many, linked to a phone that is just for the odd use & too easy for someone to close it.
