Also, you are highly recommended to add a new way to verify, as old verification methods can be stolen. Note be sure to add the new one first and then remove the old one.

5 days ago · First, check if your web-based outlook account can be logged in properly. In case that it works, you can proceed as follows: Go to Settings>>Accounts>>Email & accounts, you should be able to see all the Microsoft accounts you have logged into locally, I recommend that you delete them all and try logging in again to see if it works.
