Tun Muhammad Fuad Stephens (dilahirkan sebagai Donald Aloysius Marmaduke Stephens; 14 September 1920 – 6 Jun 1976) merupakan Ketua Menteri Sabah yang pertama dan kelima. Beliau juga merupakan Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sabah ketiga.
Mohammad Fuad Stephens telah dilahirkan pada 14 September 1920. Beliau merupakan anak kepada Jules Stephens Pavitt dan Edith Cope. Beliau mempunyai enam orang adik-beradik.
