May 29, 2017 · Marcel Dorney’s Prehistoric is a raucous, lively, beautiful and heart-breaking look at the punk scene in Brisbane in 1979. It struck so many chords with me that I could barely stop smiling throughout.
On 14th February, we’ll present a staged reading of Marcel Dorney’s wonderful re-telling of the story of Hypatia, female philosopher and defender of the Library of Alexandria. You know the one – the bigots and the fundamentalists burnt it down, back in the day.
Now I finally have had time to reflect on: MOTHERLAND by Katherine Lyall-Watson; PREHISTORIC by Marcel Dorney, and CONNECT FOUR – a new musical theatre piece with music and lyrics by Alanya Bridge.
