Roy Boulter (born 2 July 1964, Liverpool) was the English drummer in the Liverpool-based pop group The Farm. He joined the band in 1987, enjoying success with the number one album, Spartacus, and hits such as "Groovy Train" and "All Together Now".
Hurricane Films was formed in 2000 by Solon Papadopoulos (professional photographer turned documentary film maker for major networks - domestically and internationally) and Roy Boulter (member of The Farm, before turning to TV scriptwriting on Brookside, EastEnders, The Bill and others).
Peter Hooton and Roy Boulter from The Farm were both present at the tragedy and have been involved in the campaign for justice. Hurricane Films followed the band throughout 2011 and 2012 as the toured the UK and Europe (supporting The Stone Roses ).
