Pulloottupadathu Bhaskaran alias as P. Bhaskaran (21 April 1924 – 25 February 2007), was an Indian Malayalam language poet, lyricist of Malayalam film songs, and filmmaker. He penned more than 3000 songs for about 250 films.

P. Bhaskaran was born on 21 April 1924 in Cranganur, Kerala, India. He was a director and producer, known for Rakkuyil (1973), Bhagya Jathakam (1962) and Tharavattamma (1966). He died on 25 February 2007 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

Apr 21, 2024 · നവഭാസ്കരലോകം. 1949ൽ ‘അപൂർവസഹോദരങ്ങൾ’ എന്ന ബഹുഭാഷാ ചിത്രത്തിലെ നാലു വരിക്കുതന്നെയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഭാവനയുടെ ഭാസ്കരശോഭ. ‘കടക്കണ്ണിൽ തലപ്പത്ത് കറങ്ങും വണ്ടേ...’. എന്ന ആ മുറിപ്പാട്ട്, ഗാനങ്ങളുടെ വീട്ടിൽ അന്നുവരെ തുറക്കാതെ വച്ചൊരു മുറി തുറന്നു‍കയറലായിരുന്നു. പാർഥസാരഥിയുടെ സംഗീതത്തിൽ അന്നത്തെ പ്രശസ്ത നടി പി.ഭാനുമതിയാണ് ആ വരികൾ ആലപിച്ചത്.
