A motorcycle gang known as the Rebel Rousers arrive in the town of Chloride, Arizona, and proceed to a local bar where they hold a wild party until the local sheriff drives them away. Meanwhile, Mr. Collier, an architect who knows J. J., the leader of the gang, from high school, is meeting with his girl friend Karen at a motel.
