Yūko Katagiri (片桐夕子, Katagiri Yūko, 26 January 1952 – 16 October 2022) was a Japanese actress. She has appeared in more than sixty films since 1971. She starred in over fifty Nikkatsu Roman Porno films in eight years and once was married to Nikkatsu director Masaru Konuma, even though they later divorced. [1]
日活が一般映画の製作を停止して ロマンポルノ の製作を開始するにあたって『女高生レポート 夕子の白い胸』の主演に抜擢され、役名の片桐夕子をそのまま芸名とする。 青春もの、シリアス、時代劇、コメディとオールラウンドに活躍するロマンポルノのスターとなる。 出演作では6本に出演した 曽根中生 監督の作品が最も多く、彼の死去後、『（秘）女郎市場』は格別思い出深い作品だと「 キネマ旬報 2014年 10月下旬号」に追悼記事を寄稿している [3] 。 1970年代 半ばより次第にロマンポルノ以外の作品への出演が増え、 1980年代 以降はロマンポルノを離れて一般映画や テレビドラマ に活動の場を移した。 プライベートでは、日活の 小沼勝 監督と結婚・離婚した。 1985年 から3年間、アメリカを放浪。
