Andrzej Chyra (ur. 27 sierpnia 1964 w Gryfowie Śląskim) – polski aktor i reżyser . Życiorys. Jest absolwentem I Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. M. Kopernika w Lubinie. W 1987 ukończył studia na Wydziale Aktorskim Akademii Teatralnej im. Aleksandra Zelwerowicza w Warszawie, a w 1994 – na Wydziale Reżyserii tejże uczelni.
Andrzej Chyra is a Polish actor and director. He graduated from the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw in 1987 and later majored in Directing at the same university in 1994. He made his movie debut in 1993 with the role of Benvoll in Sequence of Feelings (1993).
In 2001 Andrzej Chyra played the role of Dionysus in the Krzysztof Warlikowski's Bachantki (The Bacchantes by Euripides) at Teatr Rozmaitości in Warsaw. Since then he has regularly performed with Warlikowski's ensemble.
