12 Mac 2024 · Roberta Paladini, a senior research scientist at Caltech/IPAC, is the lead author of a white paper describing the benefits of a galactic plane survey by NASA’s Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope. The survey will reveal more of our galaxy’s stars than all previous observations combined, using infrared light to peer through dust.
