譚炳文 （英語： Tam Ping Man ，1933年11月14日—2020年9月5日），祖籍廣東新會，香港男藝人，是香港少數涉足播音員、配音員、歌手、演員和導演的多棲藝人，其深入民心的配音工作，半世紀以來作育英才且桃李滿門，讓他獲得「配音教父」及「配音王」之美譽。 此外，他更是香港首位賽馬評述員。 2021年無線電視播出的綜藝節目《 好聲好戲 》有悼念他在內的已故配音員。 翌年 第40屆香港電影金像獎 亦有悼念譚炳文在內的文藝工作者。 生平. 譚炳文祖籍 廣東 新會 ，1933年生於小康之家，有六名兄弟姊妹 [7] ，父親譚業堂曾經營珠寶金錶行 [7] 。 譚炳文早年就讀 仿林中學 [8] [9] ，中學畢業後於父親的金舖打工，於1950年代開始配音工作 [10] 。
