Apr 28, 2023 · Anih Bhd signed a supplemental agreement with the government to prolong its toll concession on KL-Karak and ECE1 for 37 years. The rating agency affirmed its AAIS rating on Anih's RM2.5 billion sukuk programme, but expects a new financing structure to address the outstanding RM1.48 billion.
ANIH Berhad operates the LPT (Gombak-Karak-Kuantan-Jabor) expressway, the second longest in Malaysia. It also runs R&R (Rest and Relax) stations and food outlets along the highway.
