Tom McLaury (June 30, 1853 – October 26, 1881) was an American outlaw. He and his brother Frank owned a ranch outside Tombstone, Arizona, Arizona Territory during the 1880s. He was a member of a group of outlaws Cowboys and cattle rustlers that had ongoing conflicts with lawmen Wyatt, Virgil, and Morgan Earp.
In Tombstone at the time of the gunfight were five members of the Cowboys: Billy Claiborne, brothers Ike and Billy Clanton, and brothers Tom and Frank McLaury. During that brief battle, 3 men were killed, 3 were wounded, 2 ran away, and one fought but was unharmed.

Tom McLaury was born in New York in 1853 and moved to Arizona with his brother Frank in 1878. He fought with the Clantons against the Earps in the famous gunfight at the O.K. Corral in 1881 and was killed by Doc Holliday.
