Ulrich Mott (Motti) is quite the gadfly, worming his way into the elite circles of Washington, D. C. He instantly recognizes that the dowager Elsa Breht can be of assistance in introducing him to VIPs. With Elsa's guidance and support, Motti starts a new NGO and begins the glad handing process.
