Synopsis. The film opens with a series of television broadcasts that make clear the Collector has become a serial killer and the focus of a massive police manhunt. As in the first film, the Collector kills all victims but one, whom he kidnaps. Arkin (Josh Stewart), returning from the first film, is the most recent known victim.
