Plot. Johnny Farrell, an American newly arrived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, wins a lot of money cheating at craps. He is rescued from a robbery attempt by a complete stranger, Ballin Mundson. Although Farrell is warned not to cheat at an illegal high-class casino he tells him about, he ignores his advice.

Loaded-dice toting gambler Johnny Farrell cleans up at a waterfront dive and is subsequently saved from retaliation by the dagger tipped cane of Ballin Mundson, owner of a Buenos Aires casino and head of a Nazi cartel. Recognizing a kindred spirit in Johnny, the two become close and Ballin makes him his right-hand man.
