Ahmad Fuzi bin Abdul Razak (born 8 January 1949) is a Malaysian diplomat who has served as the 8th Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Penang since 1 May 2021.
Pada tanggal 30 April 2021, detik bersejarah apabila Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak telah menerima Watikah Pelantikan sebagai Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang ke-8 oleh KDYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong ke-16 di Istana Negara.
Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Dato' Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Abdul Razak (lahir 8 Januari 1949) ialah seorang diplomat Malaysia. Beliau merupakan Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang ke-8 dan terkini sejak 1 Mei 2021 menggantikan Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas.
As Secretary-General from 2001 and 2006, Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi was responsible for the formulation and conduct of Malaysia’s foreign policy and diplomatic relations, including supervising and overseeing the entire officers and staff at the Ministry and Malaysia’s Missions abroad.
