Josephine Teo Li Min (née Yong; Chinese: 杨莉明; born 1968) is a Singaporean politician who has been serving as Minister for Communications and Information, and Second Minister for Home Affairs since 2017.
As Minister of State for Finance, Mrs Teo coordinated the Government’s successful implementation of the Pioneer Generation Package. As Senior Minister of State for Transport, she chaired the Changi 2036 Steering Committee to enhance the Singapore’s position as a leading global air hub.
