Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Juhar bin Haji Mahiruddin (lahir 5 November 1953) ialah ahli politik Malaysia yang berkhidmat sebagai Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sabah ke-10 sejak 2011. Beliau berkelulusan Ijazah Sarjanamuda Undang-undang dari Universiti Wolverhampton, England.
Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Juhar Bin Haji Mahiruddin dilahirkan pada 5 November 1953 di Kampung Tambisan, Sandakan, Sabah. Beliau berkelulusan Sarjana Muda Sastera (Undang-Undang) dari The Polytechnic, Wolverhampton (1980) dan Barrister-At-Law, Lincoln’s In London (1981).
Yang di-Pertua Negeri kini ialah Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Juhar Haji Mahiruddin. Beliau merupakan Yang di-Pertua Negeri yang ke-sepuluh dan dilantik mulai 1 Januari 2011.
