Patrick Joseph Lucey (March 21, 1918 – May 10, 2014) was an American politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as the 38th Governor of Wisconsin from 1971 to 1977.

Lucey was a justice of the peace from 1946 to 1950, a member of the state assembly from 1949 to 1951, and lieutenant governor from 1965 to 1967. He was elected governor in 1970 and reelected in 1974. He was a member of the National Governors’ Conference Executive Committee from 1973 to 1974.
