Rikkyo University (立教大学, Rikkyō daigaku), also known as Saint Paul's University, is a private university, in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, Japan . Rikkyo is one of the five MARCH universities, the group of elite private universities in the Kanto region, together with Meiji, Aoyama Gakuin, Chuo, and Hosei.

To study in Japan, international students are required to hold a valid passport and a Student Visa. To apply for a Student Visa, a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is required. Rikkyo University will apply for a COE for you upon the completion of your enrollment registration.
