Bright and clean, it was very, if not too, similar to a suburban shopping centre in Singapore like NEX in terms of design and retail variety.
Excellent medium sized mall, good food courts and food options. Level 3 is a good food court and level LG is many food outlets. The rest of the building is mixed outlets.

25 Jul 2016 · One of the newest mall in Penang, relatively small and one step behind if compared to Gurney Plaza or Queensbay mall. But it has it's own plus point, if you want more branded stuff shopping, you can do it here in 1st Avenue, if you want bargains, you can take its connecting bridges to Prangin Mall or Komtar.
