Feb 7, 2018 · Actually: It’s both “Mirror, mirror, on the wall…” AND “Magic mirror, on the wall..” In the 1937 Disney classic, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs the Evil Queen utters the famous line “Magic mirror, on the wall – who is the fairest one of all?”. It has not been changed or edited since its original release.
This misquoted line is spoken by the Evil Queen, voiced by Lucille La Verne, in the film Snow White, directed by David Hand et al (1937). The Evil Queen in Snow White is so vain she doesn't just stare at herself in the mirror all day, she gets her mirror to tell her who she needs to kill.
