New Line Cinema is an American film production company. It was founded in 1967, and later became an independent film studio. It did not have an on-screen logo until 1972.
New Line Cinema (also known as New Line Productions, Inc. and formerly known as New Line Cinema Corporation) originally started in 1967 by Robert Shaye, as an indie/low-budget film studio. Their first film was a Czech import called The End of August at the Hotel Ozone.
2021–2022. To match with Warner Bros.' on-screen logo introduced in 2021, the metallic texture was changed from gold to silver along with a new sky background that takes place at sunset instead of night and the sky background color is orange-purple instead of dark blue.
