Akademi Fantasia (commonly abbreviated as AF) is Malaysia 's first reality television show in which a number of contestants called students compete for the winning title and a chance to start their career in the entertainment industry. The fourth season of Akademi Fantasia premiered on the Astro Ria television channel on 3 June 2006. The season introduced Adlin Aman Ramlie as a replacement for Kudsia Kahar, while Aznil Nawawi returned as host once again.

Akademi Fantasia, Season 2 is the second season of Akademi Fantasia to be aired in Astro Ria. It premiered on June 7, 2004. Unlike previous season which was solely opened for people from Peninsular Malaysia, this season was eligible for contestants from East Malaysia.
